Amazon today announced that it is finally launching its Android apps Appstore in UK and few other European countries such as Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Samsung ATIV branded mobile devices were not the only Windows powered gadgets announced at the IFA trade show in Berlin. Samsung also announced two new Windows 8-powered tablets. Samsung today announced the Ativ S, the world’s first Windows Phone 8 smartphone and ATIV Tab, a Windows RT powered tablet during its press conference on Wednesday at the IFA trade show in Berlin.

Samsung has just unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 smartphone at the IFA trade show in Berlin, the smartphone features Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, it also has the S Pen stylus (of course) , with some extra abilities such as Air View, which lets the content to be previewed by hovering the stylus over icons.

Samsung’s next iteration Galaxy Note smartphone is expected at this week’s IFA show in Berlin, but supposed details about the tablet have already surfaced online.
