The UK’s Court of Appeal has upheld UK High Court’s  ruling that Samsung did not copy the iPad with its Galaxy tablet. Microsoft has confirmed it by pushing the delivery date to ‘ within 3 weeks’ on its US online store, other models are available for ‘delivery by 10/26’.
