Google Voice Will Take Control Of Your Voicemail

google-voice-activated-searchHaven’t you heard of Google Voice? It is the best way to manage all your phone numbers via a single number. This phone number rings any phones (work, mobile, home, etc). You can even place a set of rules to restrict who is calling and when. As you can imagine, moving away from the traditional phone numbers is quite difficult for most people. Some have simply ported their mobile number to Google Voice, while others have been using a Google Voice application on their phones. Whatever you do, if someone leaves a message on your old phone number, you can’t listen to it through Google Voice and this is a big disadvantage.

Well, Google has solved the problem! Tonight, the company will launch a brand new feature, allowing mobile users to move the voice mail over to Google Voice. This way, you have everything you need there and there is no need to search for anything. The messages will then go to your Google Voice inbox, where you can listen to them at any time. Text messages will also go there. Aside these nice improvements, Google will allow you to compose greetings for different callers. The good news is that this will work on the iPhone!

The new improvements from Google make the mobile hell a lot more pleasant. Google Voice is definitely worth the effort!
