On the same day of its US debut Microsoft will have Windows Phone 8 operating system’s British debut on 29 October.Microsoft sent a ‘save the date’ invitation to for a press event to introduce its new Windows Phone 8 mobile operating system.

Microsoft permitted Journalist restricted access during a demo in July, at a U.K. HTC press conference for Windows 8 devices members of press were not allowed to navigate beyond the lock screen.The  invitation has a photo of a phone which has an LTE icon in the top left corner, that may be precursor for some 4G related information at the event.
